EMET was founded in 2023 by Andrew Casares, the sole owner and coordinator of the brand. The center of the brand is the acronym EMET stands for: Elevate Mind, Express Truth. "Emet" also translates to "truth" in Hebrew, giving the brand motto of "SEEK EMET." The brand is founded on seeking and believing in the truth, even if others disagree. No good comes from lies, and we must always seek truth to survive. EMET is here to promote the search for truth and enlightenment. At EMET there is always intention behind design, and true passion to spread an important message. In the beginning, the brand was local to central Maine (US), only selling t-shirts. The brand has since expanded into pants, denim, and hoodies coming in the near future. As the brand continues to grow, EMET's dedication to truth and enlighten remains at the core of every design, reflecting a commitment to authenticity and purpose.
